Lockheed Martin is hiring a THAAD Interceptor Development Associate Program Manager to oversee THAAD weapon-system and component development projects from inception through completion. The role manages cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, supply-chain and supplier activities, program plans, corrective actions, and assigned employees. Candidates need program or project management experience, supply-chain or equivalent experience, Earned Value Management or budget/schedule management experience, risk and opportunity management experience, and eligibility for a DOD Secret Clearance. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California, or surrounding communities, with full-time salary ranges of $150,800 to $280,000 in the listed geographic zones.
