Description
The role leads complex defense programs from inception through production, including program leadership, capture, development, cost, schedule, technical performance, supplier and subcontract management, proposals, customer coordination, risk management, and Earned Value Management. It requires at least four years of program leadership experience, an active Secret Clearance, and experience with defense program technologies; the full-time salary range is $120,600 to $224,000, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
