Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a CRH Associate Program Manager to lead aircraft production for the HH-60W Jolly Green II Combat Rescue Helicopter program. The role owns the production lifecycle, manages delivery, cost, schedule, quality, and performance; engages U.S. Government customers and internal stakeholders; drives production efficiency and sustainability; supports future production-lot capture; and leads aircraft upgrades, material shortages, obsolescence, and production resilience. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of program management or related experience, production or manufacturing operations experience, Earned Value Management and Control Account Manager experience, full-spectrum leadership, and travel to suppliers and Lockheed Martin facilities. The full-time salary range is $135,700 to $251,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
