L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, Program Management in Camden, Arkansas to assist with directing programs from proposal development through completion. The role supports program execution, cost and schedule management, technical performance, customer reviews and negotiations, integrated master scheduling, financial forecasting, and on-time, on-budget deliveries. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least four years, or ten years of related experience in lieu of a degree. The position requires a US security clearance, up to 15% travel, and may require overtime.
