Description
The role coordinates and monitors new product introductions through the contract manufacturing process, including customer requirements, resource estimates, cost structures, SLA analysis, BOM verification, material readiness, testing plans, prototype and mass-production builds, risk management, customer communication, and transfer to sustaining teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business, at least two years of program management, engineering, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and ERP experience are preferred.
