Description
Paytm is hiring a Lender Partnerships & Business Manager to own strategic relationships with banks and NBFCs, manage the complete digital lending funnel, improve conversion and portfolio performance, develop new lending products and business plans, negotiate commercial terms, and drive unit economics and revenue. The role requires 6 to 12 years of experience in core digital lending, proven bank/NBFC partnership and funnel-management experience, analytical dashboarding skills, and strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
