Flex is hiring a Program Management Director in Prai, Penang to develop corporate, global, and organizational policies; guide clients through strategic plans and contracted product and service implementations; coordinate production schedules and cross-functional delivery; monitor customer satisfaction and key account metrics; support contract negotiations and business development; and help recruit and retain qualified workforce members. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or sciences, typically seven years of progressively advancing program management and/or business development experience, strong negotiation and senior-management influence skills, and the ability to analyze complex information and present persuasively.
