AECOM is hiring an experienced Program Management Director to lead a complex, multi-billion-dollar rail infrastructure program in Panama. The role provides technical and strategic leadership, manages scope, budget, schedule, contracts, claims, quality, risk, reporting, and issues, advises clients on delivery models, mobilizes resources, and supports talent and workforce planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 15 years of program management experience, including six years in senior leadership, ideally on large passenger rail infrastructure projects or programs of $500 million or more. Hybrid work options are available, and the role may involve work at an AECOM office, remote location, or client site.
