Description
The Program Management Director will lead program management across the Power and Data Division’s three businesses, developing strategies and processes, establishing baselines, mentoring senior leadership, creating performance metrics, and overseeing recovery of underperforming programs. The role requires at least 10 years of program management experience, leadership capability, experience in a matrixed organization, PMP certification or equivalent, and executive-level customer management. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science is required, with an MBA preferred. The position is based in Blacksburg, Virginia, offers relocation assistance, and pays a base salary of $180,000 to $240,000.
