Description
The Program Management Director will lead the Program Management function across Moog’s three Power and Data Division businesses, establishing strategies, baselines, processes, tools, and performance metrics; developing and mentoring senior leadership; overseeing program recovery; and positioning Program Management as a driver of revenue growth and operating profit. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of Program Management experience, leadership capability, matrixed-organization experience, PMP certification or equivalent, and experience managing government and commercial contracts and executive-level customer relationships.
