Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Director for the E3 program within the Enduring Programs Portfolio. The role leads a cross-functional team through program inception and completion, managing recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, cost, schedule, technical performance, contracts, proposals, budgets, customer relations, design concepts, milestones, and program problems. The position requires demonstrated program management experience in strategy and execution, business development and financial management experience, excellent customer relations, and Top Secret clearance with an investigation within five years.
