Texas Instruments is hiring a Program Management Engineer to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of new integrated-circuit product development, from opportunity assessment through release to market. The role coordinates design, fabrication, assembly, testing, qualification, manufacturing, field, and quality activities; manages schedules, budgets, logistics, customer deliveries, reliability characterization, and failure analysis; and reports project status to senior management. The position requires a master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, at least six years of project engineering or management experience on complex products, and proven leadership and indirect-management capabilities.
