Flex is hiring a Program Management Intern to support the Program Management team in coordinating daily operations between production, customers, and internal functional teams. The intern will assist with production planning, customer communication, shipment and invoice coordination, revenue flow, and fulfillment, while attending shop-floor meetings and helping ensure weekly targets are met. The role is based in Guadalajara, North Campus, and requires a relevant degree, client-handling experience, English and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and flexible availability.
