Description
The INTL Strategic Program Manager will support the delivery, execution, and governance of Citi’s international strategic initiatives, including cross-functional and franchise-wide business transformation, growth, and regulatory change projects. The role coordinates planning and execution with Cluster and Country Business Execution heads and business partners, manages multiple project streams, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and governance artifacts, and supports regulatory and steering-group activities. It requires at least seven years of program management or change-delivery experience, five years of banking or financial services experience, and strong influencing, communication, business analysis, and organizational skills.
