Flex is hiring a Program Management Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus to lead a cross-functional team through the inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing phases of customer projects. The role coordinates customer communications and escalations, technical and financial reporting, target compliance, contract negotiations, product lifecycle management, launch cost and P&L projections, and cross-functional team activities. Candidates need an engineering degree, electronics-industry experience, project management and NPI experience, strong English and Spanish communication skills, people-management ability, and a valid visa and passport; PMP and MBA certifications are advantageous.
