RSM is hiring a Manager within its Program and Project Management practice to lead complex Microsoft programs and major workstreams, including Dynamics 365 ERP and CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure integration services, and AI-enabled solutions. The role manages delivery, governance, financial performance, risks, change management, client relationships, business development, and consultant development, with budgets of $3M–$8M and teams of 10–20 resources. It requires 8+ years of progressive management consulting experience, a bachelor’s degree, and up to 50% travel; compensation is $112,100–$225,500 plus discretionary bonus.
