Flex is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Guadalajara, South to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program. Reporting to the General Manager, the role oversees production, quality, safety, cost, transfer programs, project planning, risk mitigation, staffing, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates need a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent experience, electronics manufacturing or similar knowledge, program management and complex transfer project experience, cross-functional leadership, and advanced English; NPI experience is a plus.
