Description
The Deputy Program Manager will support or lead the end-to-end development of a portfolio of electro-optical systems, defining program strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and overseeing technical aspects such as architecture, PCB design, signal integrity, and thermal management. The role also manages suppliers and contracts, enforces configuration and change control, mentors program staff, and serves as a primary customer contact. Candidates need an engineering or related degree, experience with complex ground- and space-based systems, Control Account Manager and Earned Value Management experience, strong communication skills, and an active Top Secret clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $166,900 to $309,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
