Description
The Program Manager directs the full lifecycle of defense programs, including recruitment, training, performance assessment, work assignments, cost, schedule, technical performance, contract negotiations, proposals, budgets, customer reviews, and milestone management. The role requires Secret-level security clearance, Control Account Management experience, Earned Value Management, program planning, risk and opportunity management, and DoD systems or similar program/operations management experience. The full-time position offers a salary range of $133,500 to $247,900 and medical, dental, vision, flexible work, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
