Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Manager for its Autonomy – Flight Demonstration Programs. The role manages internal and contract research and development projects, coordinates customers and cross-Autonomy teams, develops schedules and status reports, pursues new business, and leads technology development through requirements, system design, ICD development, architecture, and implementation. Candidates need an engineering degree, program-management or technical-leadership experience, USAF Test Pilot School, AFRL, or DARPA experience, customer-proposal experience, an active Secret Clearance, and U.S. citizenship. The full-time salary range is $148,300 to $275,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
