Description
The 1LMX Saber 2.0 Program Manager will lead the cost, schedule, and technical execution of the Saber 2.0 program, including proposal and budget preparation, program planning, customer reviews, milestone tracking, risk and opportunity management, and resource coordination. The role also oversees subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition or disciplinary actions. Candidates need extensive program or engineering project management experience, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, knowledge of cost and scheduling tools, and familiarity with earned value management or CAM. The position offers a full-time salary range of $148,300 to $275,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
