The role manages schedule, cost, technical performance, risk, and stakeholder relationships while coordinating engineers, operations, supply chain, regulators, customers, and external partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, progressive experience on large complex programs, and proficiency with earned value management, integrated master scheduling, and risk-management tools; a master’s degree, dual-use aircraft experience, and government-contract experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $166,900 to $309,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
