Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Senior Program Manager to support the Next Generation Missile Defense (NGMD) program in Moorestown, New Jersey. The role leads site integration, installation, integration and test efforts; coordinates program managers, customers, senior leaders and support teams; manages cost, schedule and technical performance; mitigates risks; and collaborates across multidisciplinary engineering organizations. The position requires program management experience including Earned Value Management, cross-functional leadership, cost estimation and proposal development, customer communication, travel, and an active DoD Secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $166,900 to $309,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements and other benefits.
