Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Program Manager to lead the development of the next-generation power distribution system for the Flight Avionics Subsystem of the Fleet Ballistic Missile program. The role directs program phases from inception through completion, manages cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, contracts, proposals, budgets, and employee work assignments, and establishes design and engineering efforts. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related STEM field or business administration, plus program-management or project-leadership experience, is required; an MBA or STEM master's degree, PMP certification, electrical power-systems experience, and aerospace reliability experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $166,900 to $309,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
