Scot Forge is hiring a Program Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead the PMO's strategy, governance, and performance while directing complex customer programs, strategic initiatives, and new product development efforts. The role aligns operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, quality, and finance; manages schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and customer commitments; communicates performance to executives and stakeholders; and develops a team of program and project management professionals. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of progressive leadership experience, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
