REGENT is hiring a Program Management Operations Lead to build and operate the program management system for its Viceroy Seaglider program and later scale it across the company’s portfolio. The role creates program cadence, gate-readiness tracking, risk management, action and decision logs, tooling, dashboards, and metrics; works with program leadership, engineers, and other executives; and requires experience in complex hardware development program operations, design-gate mechanics, and hands-on workflow and dashboard tooling.
