REGENT is hiring a Program Management Operations Lead to build and operate the program management system for its Viceroy Seaglider program and later scale it across the company’s portfolio. The role creates program cadence, gate-readiness tracking, risk-management processes, dashboards, and tooling in Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet; works with program leadership, engineers, and other executives; and ensures actions, decisions, and risks are closed efficiently. The position requires program operations experience on complex hardware development programs, a track record of building usable processes, direct PDR/CDR or equivalent gate experience, and hands-on tooling fluency.
