Description
The Program Director, IDD Services will manage the day-to-day operations of one to four IDD programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and service delivery. The role also supervises program staff, oversees hiring and personnel decisions, and requires on-call availability. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full compensation and benefits for full-time employees.
