ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery, while managing staff performance, scheduling, and hiring decisions. The position requires on-call availability and offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, with a sign-on bonus and benefits for full-time employees.
