Description
The Program Director manages services and operations for a designated residential, vocational, or in-home program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, staffing, training, compliance, financial management, census, maintenance, and stakeholder relations, while supervising Direct Support Professionals, Program Supervisors, and other staff. It requires a bachelor's degree, two to three years of related human services experience preferred, current driver credentials, state licensure, and required certificates, with on-call availability and travel as needed.
