Description
The Program Director, IDD Services will manage the day-to-day operations of one to four IDD programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery. The role also supervises program staff, oversees hiring and personnel decisions, and requires on-call availability. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full compensation and benefits for full-time employees.
