ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Supervisor/BCBA to supervise and improve a specialty behavior program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes case management, behavior-support planning, staff supervision and training, clinical and crisis oversight, family and agency coordination, documentation, billing compliance, and program promotion. A master’s degree, BCBA certification, one to two years of related experience, state licensure, a current driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification are required. The position offers full-time compensation and benefits, including a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
