Description
The IDD Supervisor Program role manages services within a designated program, including site operations, case management, individual service plans, Direct Care Staff scheduling and supervision, and program operations. The role also provides direct care, supports hiring and performance decisions, and oversees onboarding, orientation, and training. It requires a bachelor's degree in human services with one to two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, current CPR/First Aid certification, a driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong organizational, communication, and compassionate skills. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full compensation and benefits for full-time employees.
