ResCare Community Living is hiring a Supervisor Residential to supervise and coordinate daily activities, appointments, programs, and schedules for individuals receiving support, oversee Direct Care Staff, manage onboarding and training, support hiring and performance decisions, maintain relationships with families and service partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, CPR and First Aid, a valid driver’s license, car registration, auto insurance, and state-required licensure; full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available.
