Description
The Community Living Supervisor oversees daily operations and the care of individuals receiving services in a community-living setting. Responsibilities include program implementation, census and occupancy management, regulatory compliance, incident and corrective-action reporting, safety and medication management, client-family relations, maintenance coordination, and direct supervision of staff. The role requires a high school diploma, one to two years of experience preferred, a current driver’s license and auto insurance if transportation is provided, and state-required licensure; travel may be needed.
