Oracle is hiring a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Government, Sovereign, OCIR, and MultiCloud deployments, including TPM execution, risk and dependency management, Restricted Realm delivery, program strategy, executive reporting, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role also manages a multi-functional program portfolio, coaches and develops Program Managers, and absorbs new strategic workstreams. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, software, agile practices, and proposal writing. The US hiring range is $114,600 to $234,600 per annum, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
