Lyntris is hiring a full-time Program Management Specialist for an onsite, five-days-per-week role supporting Navy and Department of Defense programs. The position develops dashboards, metrics, executive briefings, process-improvement recommendations, and analytics and project-management support for operational readiness, maintenance, fleet operations, and other mission-critical areas. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain an active U.S. national security clearance, have significant DoD, Navy, or federal program experience, and possess at least seven years of experience in engineering, science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis.
