Citi is hiring a Program Management Sr Analyst to support planning, requirements, business cases, project plans, stakeholder approvals, risk management, and program delivery for multiple Cash projects. The role leads teams of business analysts and testers, coaches and evaluates direct reports, manages program plans and issue logs, and applies compliance and regulatory knowledge. It requires 10–13 years of experience, 5–8 years managing or participating in finance projects and teams, and 2 years in a professional management role, along with a bachelor’s or university degree and proficiency in Visio, Figma or Sketch, JIRA, Confluence, Clarity PPM or MS Project Server, and SQL.
