Description
The role directs the MK48 program and coordinates recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions for direct reports. It oversees contract cost, schedule, and technical performance across production, engineering services, and the Intermediate Maintenance Activity in Ewa Beach, Hawaii; participates in contract negotiations; leads proposals, business plans, budgets, and customer reviews; develops new business; and manages technical, manufacturing, and administrative work. The position requires at least 10 years of program, production, or supply chain management experience, senior leadership experience, customer and supplier interaction experience, Earned Value Management and Performance Measurement Manager experience, proposal and business planning experience, domestic travel, and an active security clearance. The full-time salary range is $182,500 to $338,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
