Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Manager for its Sanctum™ Counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) team to lead cross-functional teams through the identification, pursuit, start-up, and delivery of strategic campaign initiatives. The role manages program cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, contracts, proposals, budgets, milestones, and employee assignments, while leading large-scale, geographically dispersed programs involving external partners and subcontractors. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education, along with specialized training, are required; the position offers full-time compensation ranging from $164,200 to $423,700 depending on geographic zone, plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
