Description
The role directs programs from inception through completion, overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, contracts, proposals, budgets, customer reviews, engineering and development efforts, milestones, and assigned employees. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, program-management experience, cross-disciplinary team leadership, technical and DoD contracting experience, and an active Secret Clearance. The position requires up to 15% domestic travel and offers a full-time salary range of $148,300 to $275,500, along with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
