Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Manager Staff for the F-35 Engineering Change Proposal Integration (EPIC) Portfolio within the Production Program Management Office. The role manages cost and schedule, leads requirements definition, proposal development, negotiations, and contract award, coordinates technical scope and deliverables across program, engineering, control account, subcontractor, supplier, and customer teams, and performs risk management. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher and project management experience, with preferred qualifications including supplier management, F-35 configuration and life-cycle management, technical road mapping, proposal development, earned value management, and integrated master schedule management.
