The Program Manager directs classified programs from inception through completion, overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, contracts, proposals, budgets, milestones, customer relationships, and the work of technical, manufacturing, and administrative employees. The role manages program risks, supports on-time delivery, and may develop new business or expand product lines. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, program or project management experience, and an active Secret Clearance, with a full-time salary range of $120,600 to $224,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
