Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Management Staff – Level 4 to lead and support multiple F‑22 development contracts from technology maturation through production and fielding. The role directs program cost, schedule, and technical performance; coordinates proposals, budgets, and contract changes; serves as the primary customer contact; establishes engineering and development milestones; and directs technical, manufacturing, and administrative work. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher, program or development-program experience, customer relations experience, mission-focused leadership, and an active Secret Clearance. The full-time position offers a salary range of $120,600 to $224,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
