Description
The role directs the full lifecycle of defense programs and subsystems, including cost, schedule, technical performance, contracts, proposals, budgets, customer reviews, milestones, and cross-functional team management. It requires substantial program and subcontract management experience, P&L delivery, Earned Value Management, risk-based assessments, and familiarity with training-device or trainer-modification programs. The position requires eligibility for a Secret security clearance, may require travel, and offers a full-time salary range of $120,600 to $224,000 with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
