Description
The F-35 Air Vehicle Development Weapons Program Manager will manage cost, schedule, and technical delivery for weapons adapter development and weapons integration efforts on the F-35 platform. The role reports to the F-35 Weapons Senior Program Manager, oversees a subset of the weapons portfolio, develops program plans, manages contracts and customer relationships, establishes milestones, monitors schedules, and leads technical, manufacturing, and administrative teams through development, production, and sustainment. Required qualifications include program management experience, cross-discipline team leadership, a bachelor's degree or higher, technical and development experience, DoD contracting and negotiation experience, and an active Secret Clearance. The full-time salary range is $120,600 to $224,000, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
