Description

Centio is seeking a full-time Program Management Consultant to support the Swedish Transport Administration’s Gävle-Kringlan program restart in Gävle. The role will establish an XLPM-aligned program management structure, develop governance and baseline plans, coordinate related projects and activities, and support the program’s strategic restart and revised scope. The position requires strong Swedish communication, relevant higher education, documented AB 04/ABT 06/ABK 09 training, and extensive experience in program management, large construction or civil engineering programs, change management, public-sector procurement, commercial modeling, requirements management, and budgeting.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Relevant university or higher education degree of at least 180 higher education credits, or an equivalent qualification
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of total experience as a program manager in accordance with XLPM or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience on a large construction or civil engineering program or project with a budget exceeding SEK 3 billion
At least 5 years of experience in change management and business development with a management team in a process-oriented organization
At least 5 years of experience in public-sector procurement under LOU
Experience selecting a commercial model in the infrastructure sector
Experience developing working methods for systematic requirements management
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
Preferred Qualifications: Teaching ability and ability to explain theoretical models
Organizational and prioritization skills
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
