Description

Trafikverket is seeking a Program Management Support consultant for the Gävle-Kringlan program to support the restart and development of its governance, organization, deliverables, objectives, baseline plans, and ways of working in accordance with the XLPM project model. The assignment is based at Trafikverket’s office in Gävle, starts as soon as possible but no later than 2026-12-01, and runs until 2027-06-30 with a possible extension. The role requires a relevant higher-education degree, documented AB04, ABT06, and ABK09 training, XLPM program-management experience, and extensive experience in major infrastructure, change management, public-sector procurement, business-model selection, requirements management, and financial follow-up.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Relevant degree from a university or university college comprising at least 180 higher education credits, or equivalent education
Required Previous Experiences: At least two years of experience as a program manager using XLPM or an equivalent methodology
At least three years of experience in major construction or infrastructure initiatives with budgets exceeding SEK 3 billion
At least five years of experience in change management and business development with management teams in process-oriented organizations
At least five years of experience in public-sector procurement under LOU
Experience selecting a business model in the infrastructure sector
Experience developing working methods for systematic requirements management
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
Preferred Qualifications: Strong pedagogical ability to explain theoretical models and apply them in practice
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
