Description
Synopsys is hiring a PMO Manager, APAC to build and lead the regional PMO across Japan, Korea, and the broader APAC region. The role will establish PMO methodologies and governance, oversee complex customer programs and strategic initiatives, manage resource planning and capacity forecasting, provide executive reporting, align delivery with customer commitments, and coach Project Managers. It is an onsite role based in Tokyo requiring office attendance four to five days per week, with up to 25% travel across APAC. The position requires a bachelor's degree, PMP certification, at least 10 years of program or project management experience, and at least five years of leadership experience managing PMO or delivery organizations.
