Synopsys is hiring a Silicon IP Program Manager to serve as the primary customer contact for complex analog, digital, and SoC integration IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support. The role owns statements of work, schedules, milestones, deliverables, cross-functional global teams, technical and schedule risks, and program health reporting. Candidates need a BSEE or equivalent and at least 10 years of semiconductor industry experience, including technical program management in SoC design, analog or digital IP, and customer-facing program delivery. The role is remote-eligible and may be located in Austin, Boxborough, Oregon, or California, with a base salary range of $189,000 to $283,000.
